So my PS4 was IP locked and we had to get a new router. Ever since we got the new router I either get stuck in the black screen with only the cursor (right before the white screen pops up) or I log on, play for 1 minute and get disconnected. This is always the case, there are no exceptions. I don't know whats up Some help
