    We are excited to announce the opening of the global Pre-registration for "Kingdom Hunter Heroes," a new game that cleverly combines genres of strategy simulation games (SLG) and card trading games (TCG).

    ‘Kingdom Hunter Heroes’ is the successor to the 2022 P2E Strategy TCG "Kingdom Hunter".

    ‘Kingdom Hunter Heroes’ will launch with the 'Play-to-Earn' game elements removed, with a heavier focus on the merits of its gameplay and strategy as originally intended.

    ‘Kingdom Hunter Heroes’ was officially released in Korea on March 29, 2023, and we are now expanding globally so that users from all over the world can play together. We appreciate your interest and support.

    Hi. Questions.

    * What will happen to the current "Kingdom Hunter" game once KH Heroes game is released?
    * Are we getting the pre-registration rewards on the current Kingdom Hunter game or the upcoming Kingdom Hunter Heroes?

    We will notify players of the plans as soon as they are finalized at a later date. Kingdom Hunter Heroes will be based on the current Kingdom Hunter, without the Play-2-Earn (P2E) system in place.

    At this time, the Pre-Registration Rewards will be for Kingdom Hunter Heroes.

    Thanks Starberry and sorry for the late response. "IF" ever the current KH closes, will we be compensated? Another thing, About the purchases we made, will we get a credit refund that can be used on other redfox games or will we be able to transfer the equivalent amount of money (Via Diamonds) we spent from KH to KH heroes ?

    Can I ask another thing, No disrespect but why are the GMs of KH are irresponsive on discord and even forums? Got a pending ticket before the merge but guess what, It was submitted last April 2nd. Though an answer has already been found to that concern, they never respond. Community's concern on discord are not responded as well, if it does, it takes more than a week. I don't mean to compare persons but NineArts do respond on discord whenever he can, and on tickets, he responds as long as he's online.


    We can't really feel the first 2 things from KH staffs.

    First off, thank you for taking the time to write in. In regards to your concern, our staff presence in our Kingdom Hunter Discord has indeed decreased. When Kingdom Hunter was released, our team wanted to make a presence to answer many bug reports and inquiries regarding the game to match the volume in users at the time. You can expect the main communicator on Discord to be [CM]Agisa, as they are the Community Manager for Kingdom Hunter.

    In regards to your unanswered ticket, tickets can typically be held if they require developer feedback and/or review, or we simply have not gotten to your specific ticket, as the volume of the tickets can sometimes be high. If you feel like your answer was definitely left out of the loop, we invite you to create a new ticket as a follow up.
