Old IGNs arent available?

    Hello!
    I was really excited when I heard that many any accounts that dont transfer will have their IGN available.
    But when I tried to make a new character, I tried many names and they didnt work.
    I assumed they had been taken, so I tried one of my old accounts I hadnt transferred, but it still didnt work,

    Some of them are. I got 2 new igns.
