Ornament to incrument the cons

    Hello everyone, someone can tell me where to get the ornaments for the clothes, to increase the cons (example +15), thank you.

    Constitution ornaments you get from coc 3 black market dealer NPC. You don't get 15 from the start. You will get +8 than you have to upgraded to +15. Press F11 / Create/ Hefei / Ornamenst Creation Master Zhuge Lin.

    Also buying from the black market dealer is a lottery. You can spend 100 mil and get 0 or 1, 2.
