How to create your own Rumble Fighter animations with 3DS MAX. http://forums.playredfox.com/index.php?threads/phoenixs-3d-model-rip-emporium-the-archive.26196/ ^ Hey you, idiot, if you don't know what this is about already then click that link first please. If you're talentless or trying to learn some basic animation then this is the place for you. This is going to be a guide on how to take motion capture files (mocap, which is what they do to animate some video games by putting some devices on real people that capture their movements) and apply them to models in 3DS max Res. Step 1: Take your model that you want to animate from my "Model Emporium" and open it in Autodesk 3DS MAX. Step 2: Download the "Auto-Biped" Script from https://www.mixamo.com/scripts and drag the file into 3DS MAX and click "Create biped" 3. Download some Motion Capture files online. A great mocap site has taken down their downloads for renovation. However, you can try to get some mocap files from https://knowledge.autodesk.com/supp...nloads/content/3ds-max-2010-biped-update.html (NOTE: These files MUST be in .BIP, BVH, or CSM format) Update 29.9.2016: After a busy week I'm back. 4. Ok, so you've got your rigged model and you've got your "Auto-Biped" rig ready, right? Ok, now click on your biped (the head, specifically),and click the icon circled in this image below http://imgur.com/a/Q5w6k 5. Next, click on the icon in the image below, again http://imgur.com/TgRzwvt and find your motion capture file that you want to use and click the play icon located in the bottom right corner. 6. Your end result should look like this (IDK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HANDS, OK?)
Look. I know you really want to make animations for like your Brazilian Jui Jitsu but it's hard and I'm an absolute novice. I will tell you what though. I can probably help out IF you can do some digging online and find me some martial arts "Mocap" or "bip" files for 3DS Max.
