I don't understand why there are complaints about rares anymore when now most shop scrolls are just as and if not better then most of these rares. Shadow ninjitsu has unfair range and sage is cancerous but other then that you can >>g or RAM who pays for a rare not to use it lol???

Mainly because it gives them the Special Snowflake status. It's bragging rights to have a perm scroll/exo that most people can only get timed.

I don't get hyped over Rares, but if I some how luck up and get some like with these BF boxes I'm good.

Even if one has Rares they can still get wrecked like anyone else and let's not forget the shady top 10 boxes. Scrolls that were once common now have that semi rarity now.

The desire for rares actually go deeper than just bragging rights. It's a good example of the human condition, which is that we all, in 1 way or another, seek to be special. This is why humans created religions, so that we can feel special as a species, that we're not just apes roaming on a little rocky planet 100 million miles from the sun, that we have a purpose to exist. On a smaller scale, we want rares because we subconsciously desire to be more special than other people.

I have a feeling you think atheists are serial killers and self indulging monsters or something, when in reality most atheist don't believe in a higher being simply because there's not physical evidence of one and think logically based on what's in front of them.

    I'm not an atheist, though. I'm a practical/philosophical Buddhist.

"This is why humans created religions"

This is a claim that can attack religious belief. It's better to avoid controversial statements like these or you'll find yourself in great danger (with the rules and guidelines).

im right here with ya brother, prayer and meditation will take you somewhere peaceful internally. Doesn't really matter what your praying to.

nah man I think he's right, religious belief is partly a way to derive purpose from an apparently meaningless life #existentialism...
