1) People who play just to have fun,log out, and continue on with their lives.
2) People who see the internet as a way to better themselves and help others.
3) People who see the internet as a way to have power, a place where no one is allowed to hurt or tell them what to do.

A lot on games are #3. The only thing you can do is just help the person from being in that situation or help them cope with the situation that they're in.
