As RF introducing new srs dungeon and more high level player farming /grinding in srs , i think it will be better if make pvp in liadong map without wanted tag especially in yin server as it will be hard for warring league to fight with this wanted tag. Noob ppl also abuse it by putting low lvl char at the entracee of the dungeon and provoking other ppl to be in combat mode so that ppl will kill him and he can put wanted on his opponent.
