Will you be able to make RF support past 1024x768 resolution up to at least 1366x768 or higher? Dont know if this is the right place to discuss it although it does seem like a general discussion topic than like technical help.

    Hai sai! x3

Also I don't think they'll be doing much with resolutions at the moment, or at least I haven't seen anything.

It has nothing to do with RedFox, Nimonix is developing the game so they are the ones that would be able to add this in - not that they ever will

The best solution I've found is to turn on "Wide Mode" and run RF in borderless fullscreen. That way you get fullscreen, but no ratio stretching.

Click HERE for a video on how to use the program I use to accomplish this. The video also has a link to the program in it's description.

The only issue is that RF does not switch to "Wide Mode" until you're in a match. The workaround is to only switch to borderless fullscreen when in a match. If you go into borderless fullscreen outside of a match it centers the image, but not where you can click. It essentially makes it impossible to reasonably navigate the interface. However, after every match RF will return to it's original window. Once in a match, just use whatever hotkey you assigned to go fullscreen and you're good to go. You also have to make sure the borderless fullscreen program is running every me you run RF.

1080p is all I ever want for this game and they refuse to do it!

Mkay, I only implied RedFox and others like GC and OGP into things like that since even though it is just hosting they still work a little with the team to help out in a way. But thank you.

Don't really like going through all that but will try it out thank you.

this has been suggested since the early years of RF at Ogp, if it hasn't been added in by now I doubt it ever will

You people live in the past too much, give Redfox a chance so far they proved they r willing to work with us so instead of slapping them let's keep giving ideas and tips and different things that might Better the game

This isn't us living in the past. It's us being as realistic as possible. NimoniX already said they won't do it.

Well not exactly. They said they could do it if they can find a solution that won't induce lag (idk why there would be lag, only frame drops) Who knows when they'll figure it out.

Probably because their client is so old it would cause lag, they cannot be bothered to rewrite the code.
They should just remake the game with a new game engine if they want it to not lag, although even I know that will cost too much for them

I wonder what engine they're using for rf right now. Coding takes a lot of work but they can't use that as an excuse. So when 4k becomes mainstream they're going to keep the game with the same graphics still?

Why not just give options for both? Or am I totally illiterate at graphical stuff and you can't do that?

Yeah there should be a low, medium, high, ultra settings for rumble fighter. If it wasn't for Tiny and Firefly's guides, RuF would look really bad on my 4k screen.

if you have anything bigger than a 1366x768 screen, it will do - if you have a 1080p screen you need to run it in windowed mode
