Hi, only today that i saw your topic. Hope it's not too late. if i remember correctly, this quest is a part of "Blind Meets Floating Turtle Log" RTD quest line. After receive this quest from Pao Daiming - the NPC at 1st village of Zhenzhou map, go back to Wutang clan map and talk to the guy in blue outfit with a long sword right at the gate to enter the clan base (his name is Longfeng or something similar - as far as i remember, this guy does not have quest mark on the map. May be it's a game glitch). After talking to him, you will then talk to the old Xu Shanzao - the NPC in white outfit right at the village. Good luck.
