Howling Bloodthief Quest brought up the Jinan map and allowed me to teleport my thief into Jinan to kill the senior bloddthief disciple Basically a Black Clan character in a white clan map
yeah its a bug thou...but you can change the map...open the quest menu then click the quest appear the quest map then click the inverted triangle on upper top left of the quest map then change to datong i think that should do
