looking to buy 25 dollars worth of rc soon, what scrolls are considered top tier? and i've got the game connected via steam is there anyway I can make another account? I want to start over
If you want that old school feel, Hitman, Shoot Boxing, Zin Taekwondo & White Fang are still viable choices. Electro, Muay Boran, Heartseeker, Redemption & Vermilion Phoenix are some solid scrolls from the newer times. There are also some RE scroll packages in the store if you were interested. If you want to make another account, you would need to install the game off Steam (via website and download it there) and go from there. You're basically going to have to carry two folders of the game at the same time.
