    Think about it. Its already rentable in the store for carat. Who would pay RC for the scroll when you can just stack up on carat and just get what is virtually a permanent Black Out scroll. They should just make it RC already.
    Besides, this would give Carat players a scroll that is fast like Rage or Viper in their arsenal.
