I'm surprised to see that no one is talking about this. We can't log in and nothing has been addressed. I would criticise you but we already know you would just ignore criticism you receive

 

There is an issue with both the game server & inventory database which in return does not proceed to a successful game launch. RedFox is working on the issue right now.

It is not up to me to go to their facebook to see updates. If they want more info to be reached, give it to us here where information is more accessible and in this case it could be the front page of the site or on the forums.

I logged in right now, just fine and no issues.

 

i mean i did see it on their facebook as well. You are missing the point regardless which doesn't bother me

 

this was also happening a good 10-20 minutes before i even posted which i did so before they had even bothered but oh well its not like i should have expected anything in the first place

Unless you are talking about before because i tried to login for the first time in that day during the servers deadeding

Anyone who played/participated in a game on February 18th should receive a Orichalcon Stone as compensation.

 

OK. but the real question here is (off topic) when do we get fisticuffs rewards or the rewards from the event that happened like 2/3 weeks ago?

Prize distributions should be made today if anything as they've set the deadline for them. If you want a good educated guess, the latest will be on Friday. They will be primarily focused on the Demolition Tournament next week, so this week should be the week where they are focused on catching up with overdue prize distributions and excess delays on support tickets.

As a fellow player, I want to have my prizes as soon as possible as well but there is not much we can do other than to wait patiently for just a bit more unfortunately.

It's more like common sense really. A bigger hole will only be dug if they choose not to get the prizes out before the tournament starts next week.

It has been a bit longer than what he had stated, but there were multiple parts to that event along with other events (Carat Spender) that took place, all the while trying to schedule and plan out the next two tournaments can cause a delay.

 

You can find them saying that they're working on prize distribution on their social media platforms.

Although, would be nice for them to update on the forums as well.

 

Tbh they just need more staff :/ is really that simple
