    also who the **** cares both parties are right ANYWAY either answer to the question is entirely philosophical and as long as there is evidence to support either theory, or rather no evidence to disprove either of them, then either answer is correct based on your own individual opinion

    wetness happens when water or any other liquids comes into contact with another substance; it is also a feeling we have associated with our experience of water, a sensation caused by the movement of a fluid on our skin. Now try to put your hand in a tank full of water and keep it still: you can't feel wetness unless you move your hand.
