It's the account phisher Gyalist. He's been utilizing the multiple accounts he's stolen to try to scam more users lol.

Edit: I can understand why Redfox doesn't want to deal with this but still. To not have account sharing be a bannable offense is already a double-edge sword.

I thought if you transferred before the hacker took your account you have nothing to worry about because you'll have it back when the game transfers..?

Don't forget, any progress that occurs on our accounts until service closure at GamesCampus will be reflected on here, similar to a save file. How this transfer works most likely is just transferring databases over. So if a hacker resold all your items, it's not going to rollback like a system restore for you.

 

Pretty much this. Most of the people who had heir accounts compromised before the transfers were announced. The lack of help from GC/Webzen made things worse too.
