Where are the urban hairstyles in game?

And before this turns into some heated racial debate shamans are not African Americans lol. Urban hairstyles would be great but it'd be a waste of time if the hairstyles lacked a certain amount of detail. Esp the hairstyles people consider "black" (which we do have a few of).
Those colorful hats in shop are mad ugly. Don't they have durags under them or something? . The shaman class has pretty much been abandoned. It would be great if shamans had all the facial (in shop) items available or at least more exclusives. Nimonix is so lazy though you can't even put a top on w/ shaman without your neck turning pale. I want that (innovation?) mouth perm if thats the correct name. Its basically a stubble beard. Wish they'd add new facial features at least every 3 years or so like come on. The ones we do get are always boxed or rare.
