Why hasn't Uproarer quest been adressed for OBT ?

When you get the scratch backs and turn them in for the pill, you receive 3 items. Check your inventory and then click on the clinic npc and check the "Collect Premium" button or check the collections window, it will be there.

 

So, now, the problem is I didn't get that 3 items after turn in 5 scratchbacks.

 

Did you have space in your inventory at the time? The three items come directly after making the pill.

 

Hmm.. Space in bag. That's a good point. I am not sure for it. I'll create new char again when server up. What's ur IGN to contact you? Thanks for the help.

 

i have same problem, tried give up and do this quest again, but no effort.
Should i send DQA?

When u have 5 scratchbook.U must trade it for the 10min pill at clinic.Click clinic then resource and then trade for the pill.After that do the quest and u should get the 3 items.
