A lot of your justifications are by comparing them to another scroll. Meh, that isn't a reason for them not being A+ tier

 

If you aren't on par with your peers then they aren't your peers are they? This is why we have different brackets in the A tier and B tier etc.

Well for instance, you said Hawk wasn't A+ basically because it wasn't like zin or however you tried to distinguish them. However, Zin TKD is significantly better than the worst A+ tier scroll. I would say Hawk is still A+ for a variety of reasons even if it isn't as good as Zin

Bwn is flexible, the only thing that stalker has that's good is the counter but other than that I think the scroll is weak, it doesn't have a launcher unless you manage to counter and it's slower than Bwn, Bwn has a stun, in my opinion you can pressure better with it and it has cooler combo obvi so eZ and its good in any map or mode you use it in so.

Reasons why we have the A+ and then the A tier. For those that don't know the reason why Zin is better than Hawk despite it having a few extra moves is because Zin finishes it's combo faster leaving the foe with far less time to respond. Hawk also lacks Zin's PPP which is one of the best drop moves in the entire game. There are other reasons but those are the 2 real significant ones.

 

BWN Most def A+ but we all know its not better than all of those scrolls...

 

It actually is. BWN to this day is the most flawless powerhouse scroll to date. Its punch combo can charge, it's 2hit can charge, its kick combo can angle, it can juggle or fence after it's 2nd kick without having to chain into a dedicated combo (i.e. K(G+K)K & KPP launchers). It's only "flaw" is that is has a forward grab but when you combine that with the PPP{P} and K{P} stun traps it lets you angle which direction you knock them back. Also it has a Dragon-like kG. The scrolls just bananas in the right hands.
