Question for the Pro's.(PVP)

If I wanna be the best of the best, Can you tell me exactly what Banners and relics I should have?
Should all banners have the Crit Dmg increase stat option on them?

What should be in my slots for the Heavenly deco.
What I should have in my slots for HG 9 gear,
What Weapons, etc.
is MKC+ Inner Pants the best?

I love Nukers! even with the best gear, can Nukers be viable?

Clothing Accesories ( any of the 4, KJ top priority ):





Ideally you want everything sealed stat rolled for [Highest] Chi Kung Critical Rate or [Highest] Physical Critical Rate. Priority would be Chi Kung Critical Rate as a Nuker, but Physical will be alright as well since it will help counter melee crits on you.

For clothing you will want everything maxed to 4 slots all filled with +15 con ornaments. Currently the Tier 2 HG9 clothes are the best but they are difficult to get. You will most likely have to use the Tier 1 HG9 clothing pieces. You want the Shirt/Pants/Boots of the HG9 set and the Lv1 Loulan Hat. Since it's also difficult to get that hat especially rolled with crit rate on refine, you can settle with a Rank 1 Hat. For wristbands you can use the PS6 or IM6 wristbands since they give 15% base crit and can be refined for more crit rate.



Weapon is obviously a HG12 Bracer with the highest refine you can get. The weapon should have 4 slots and be filled with 16% Critical Rate/6% Critical Damage ornaments. Once you can it should be upgraded to the Tier 2 HG12 verison, since the max damage of the weapon is increased. Refinement damage scales only off of a weapons maximum damage.

 

@dixbutts you seem to know about the topic so let me take the train on this thread and ask you:

What is a good PvE build for a lowbie nuker?
The consensus seem to be to keep wis at weapons' requirements and pump up dex, is that correct? I think some essence and constitution is also needed, but around how much?

You don't need to put any stat points into essence. Items and elixirs will give you all the VE you will ever need. When you are high enough level you can have 390 Dex/390 Con/Rest Wis. Keeping minimum wisdom for your weapon while leveling is ideal. The build doesn't really change for PvE because when you get to Potala you want the most HP you can get, bosses in there will do 50k+ damage.

wow 50k+, thats insane. but we don't have healers to heal that damage, only self leech from items or life pills...

 

Aside from buffs, healers literally have little to no use in-game.

 

Can you also mention a few epithets and which one is ideal/best? Just curious atm, lol

How do you get that epithet? Is that temporary?

 

its dungeon epithet and it last forever

 

Immune to Deadly Poison
A epithet obtained by defeating the Demon Faced Queen (7 days).
All resistance increased by 100
Critical rate increased by 1500/10000.
Damage increased by 10% on critical.
15/1000 of damage absorbed into life.
Maximum Life increased by 15%.

To craft epithet u need:
1 Spider queen essence + 100 kunlun spirits!
Essence u can get by killing Queen... 1 per kill! Or buy at hefei.. at yin it costs 50-100kk.

Or

U can just buy epithet for 100kk at hefei and u dont need to worry about crafting fails!

 

Hi ,that's good guide , but without 30d deco, wich give 7k critical, pvp is though, even with +17 bracers. Still p2w game

this is old as f and those are no longer the best relics..

they are medium beginner noob gears.
