I really don't see why. We already have so many OP exos in store why not have the Spider Exo in stores
since its not even that strong. They could at least consider making an event for it.

But then carat users will finally be able to match up to cc users. INB4 they update Avalon and include op carat gemstones

 

there's like two instances of the wind blowing in the PPK and the nanmu. even if that were the case, it's probably a scroll that utilizes wind as shown with the green effects. Just because it has some similar aspects doesn't mean it's recycled. Even in the video I hardly see any animations from cyclone unless you can point them out with timestamps.
