They need to balance sht out, if they don't then that makes the old stuff useless and very hard to use. For example Boran or w.e that scrub scroll is. It's op and annoying, you really have to **** to rely on that scroll. Most scroll can't compete with it.

Most people who are qqing are the old gens who "protest" rc items or to lazy to farm for carat items , so they sit and make excuses for not getting these new fighting styles

 

you are missing the point. The point is to stop creating a small pool of scrolls that beat out the rest. We want to encourage scroll diversity, but it won't happen if Nimonix is making scrolls that obviously overpower most, if not all the rest of the scrolls.

Balances are needed to make scroll diversities, also if your referring to hunter. It doesn't need a nerf but a fix as the counter is a huge exploit

 

There should be a Vanilla Room where all you can use is 2009 and older scrolls and exos.
