1vs1 community is a lot smaller than b4 (the matchmaking forum can even be inactive for an entire day). So having more casual players than competitive is not a surprise anymore.

 

And that, right there, is Nimonix's plan, apparently. They want RF to be casual, even though making it competitive would actually increase the popularity of the game. Nintendo figured this out, and now Smash 4 is "the best" Smash brothers game. (Some people still like Melee better, but personally, I prefer the one where Bowser isn't unplayable garbage. :v )
All the best fighting games have, at the very least, between a 50/50 to a 20/80 focus on Casual/Competitive. Rumble Fighter has about... 45 / 25 focus on Casual / Competitve. (45/25? Where's the other 30%? Boxes and other $$$ items.) It is too bad Nimonix can't see that, but whatever. They can't even make more than 4 non-rare sets of clothes for Android, so I can't really expect them to make good decisions. *shrugs*

 

Lol sage master is easy to defeat even if they are good with it.. It has terrible delays which are super easy to punish. The only downside is you can't counter it which is dumb.

literally once sage master stops attacking for a moment, they cannot use the next attack. Thats when you attack.

 

You must be talkin about a different scroll LMAO it definitely has godly delays almost all of its attacks
Its play style isn't even based on offense so it doesn't matter if it can't delay every attack
Because kungfu can delay its automatically better than, say soulless, which has minimal delay its a better scroll?

dude are you high, sage may not have the delays of dragon but they can delay pretty well

Also have fun not being able to block after the first punch.

 

It's delays are garbage compared to most though. It's easy to read.

If you think Hunter's Counter is OP you are probably a noob.
You do realize that since the counter last so long, if the opponent that you are fighting is using Hunter, it is expected of him to spam counter more often to get that extra damage off you, same scenario if he were using Inner Fire or Kabudo. It's expected so when you see someone with these scrolls, think before you punch / kick and grab if you guys tend to clash at the same time.
