Why did the use of revival items become taboo?

I believe that people hate / kick players who have revs on for the following reasons:

1. It's kinda annoying when someone you just edged comes back and edges / kills you.
2. (Said) player is too stupid or pompous to put them on themselves. (Actually fun when everyone has them on).
3. Opposing player prefers quick kills.
   
4. No one wants to face laggers, hackers, or anyone with "broken" content on twice.

 

Because if you die, you should die.

No one enjoys knocking someone off the map just to have them come back and ram you.

 

To be fair its just a made up rule based on flawed logic.

For example you can easily say saver is better than assassin just because it has the instant recovery but then you might realize that the i-recover can stop people from being edged and the player takes less damage overall so basically people will complain if the advantage is clear as clean glass.

Wings - They might not die from edging and wings are available to everyone.

 

Saver is not better than assassin. Not by a long shot.

Also, all wings except devil wings revive 100% of the time. Also there is no flawed logic behind complaining about a clear advantage. The advantage is clear therefore you have the right to complain.

If you want to revive. Make a potion battle moon room and don't drink. Moon should be edged and dead.

 

Well it is an example I myself use assassin but I would like to hear all the pros that assassin has from its base over saver.

As for clear advantage their are things listed in the threat that actually states that its basically complaining on one advantage item over all the countless other advantage items which makes it flawed or would you better accept it as being catch-22 than flawed.

It's annoying.

 

Even without wings theirs always going to be players with advantages. Whether it be stats,exo or scrolls. You can't go into a room and be on equal terms unless everybody decides to be exactly the same

 

Again I stated this in my original post. Wings and 2x Panic give you a guaranteed advantage while scrolls and exos only give you a situational advantage.
